FURSUIT HEAD

BY DEFAULT fursuit head prices include:-Custom hand-carved foam base made to measure-Fully lined lycra and neoprene interior-3D Printed Eyes-Custom/Premade Eye Mesh-Fully sewn fabric for the entirety of the suit.-Any markings requested-Art made during the planning process-100+ hours of physical work-Shipping costs (US ONLY)IMPORTANT PART/PRICE: You can expect a fursuit HEAD (no paws, no tail) from me to cost veerryy roughly around 1000-1500 USD with a 30% down payment.If you are interested in receiving a price quote, please DM on instagram (@toramarxshop) or email me at [email protected]. Your choice of 2, 3 or 4 installmentsFLUFF/FILLER: I am completely open to altering my style to match any stylistic choices the client feels captures their character the best. I always aim to be transparent during the crafting process and have consistently updated clients in the past.I do not make realistic suits or 3D Printed bases. I currently work with semi-firm upholstery foam to create a soft and toony appearance.

HANDPAWS

BY DEFAULT* handpaw prices include: Two fully (hand and machine) sewn handpaws with or without claws. Both lined with black lycra fabric (If you want a different lining, we can discuss) and cuffed with minky or a similar short fur fabric. Paw pads are made with minky but can be subbed for another fabric if requested.Single and dual colored paws: 200 USD
Each additional long fur color: +10 USDPatterns and markings can be sewn into the paws and pads, and are an additional $30 dollars regardless of complexity or if it is a new color.

TERMS OF SERVICE

This is mostly for my fursuit commissions, some of this applies to my digital art commissions but not a lot of it! You will only be asked to sign this TOS agreement if you are commissioning me for fursuit parts, not digital art.

• COMMISSION INFORMATION

1. Commission Process- All custom work is taken on a first-come, first-served basis, with a required non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your place in my queue.- You may request up to two free quotes. Any additional quote requests will incur a $5 fee each.- Quotes are valid for 30 days and may change depending on material costs or design complexity.- A clear and detailed reference sheet must be provided before I begin work. I am not responsible for errors caused by unclear, outdated, or incomplete references. Please communicate any design details not shown on the reference sheet.2. Payments & Pricing- All pricing includes materials, labor, and shipping unless otherwise specified (e.g., international orders or special rush services).- A non-refundable deposit (50%) of the final price is required before I begin your project.- The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping your item.3. Refunds & Cancellations- I do not offer refunds once your package has shipped. All sales are final after shipment.- If you cancel before I begin work, you may receive a partial refund minus the deposit.- If you cancel after I've started, a partial refund may be granted based on work completed, handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.4. Shipping & Delivery- Shipping is included in your final price unless otherwise stated. I typically ship through UPS.- You may request rush shipping, you will have to pay the difference between Ground and Express.- You will receive a tracking number once your item is shipped.- I am not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost items once the package is with the carrier.-You, as the customer, may choose to purchase additional shipping insurance through UPS. I encourage you to research insurance options if this is a concern.5. Repairs & Alterations- I will cover minor repairs due to construction issues within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in clean and proper condition.- Damage from improper care, rough handling, submerging in water, or accidents is not covered.- You are responsible for following proper care and cleaning instructions (I will provide guidance, and there are helpful online resources as well).- I am willing to modify your suit at an extra cost for up to one year after delivery.- You are free to modify your suit; however, I will not repair suits that have been extensively altered. (We can discuss what qualifies as "extensive," but if it's more than accessories or minor repairs, it may not qualify.)6. Client Responsibilities- You must be 18 years or older to commission me. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must handle all communication and payments. Misrepresenting your age may lead to cancellation or pausing of your project.- You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. I am not liable for fit or sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements. Please ensure you're measuring the correct parts (especially for heads, I'll provide a measurement guide if needed).-I expect respectful and professional communication. Harassment, threats, or fraudulent chargebacks will result in cancellation, a permanent ban from future commissions, and possible legal action.7. Artistic Rights & Use- I reserve the right to post photos or videos of the suit I create for promotional purposes.- You retain full rights to your character design, but I retain rights to the physical costume and any media I produce of it for marketing purposes. You own the costume, but I made it.- My work may not be used in NFTs, AI training datasets, or unauthorized commercial ventures.8. Warranty Disclaimer- All items are handmade and may include minor imperfections. These are not considered defects if they don't affect functionality. I take great care to ensure high quality throughout the entire process.- I do not guarantee a specific lifespan, but with proper care, your item can last years.
